Donā€™t let lattes hog all of the fun. Itā€™s pumpkin season and thereā€™s plenty to go around. Donā€™t let the name and indulgent flavors fool you ā€“ the ingredients are delicious yet clean, making it the ideal way to add some extra protein to your day.

Ingredients:

  • Ā½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ā…“ cup fat-free plain yogurt
  • Ā¼ tsp cinnamon
  • Ā¼Ā tsp nutmeg
  • 1 scoop Purely Inspired Organic Protein, French Vanilla
  • 4 ice cubes

Directions:
Blend until smooth. Sprinkle with cinnamon (hold the whip cream).
